Distance Loop is configured like a cloistered garden. Inspired by “La Chasse à la licorne” or “The Hunt of the Unicorn,” a series of European tapestries dating from the late Middle Ages. The tapestries illustrate a tale of a unicorn that is captured, killed, and supposedly, ends somehow contented in its confinement.
